Eevy Ivy Over will replace flowers in the event that flowers were not satisfactory within 48 hours. Flowers can be greatly affected by weather, heat or cold, and sunlight as well as water levels and cleanliness of water. Eevy Ivy Over does not refund money for flowers. We provide new flowers that will last that you can enjoy. Eevy Ivy Over staff will handle customer concerns respectfully and need to be respected in return. Customers that speak disrespectfully or use inappropriate language or actions with staff will not be tolerated and our employees will end the conversation immediately.
